04/05/2003 - IMPORTANT: Authorize.net
has changed its interface, and current Impulse merchants need
to upgrade. See here
for details.
04/01/2003 - The release of Sanity eStore has been
delayed, as we want to make sure that the program exceeds
all expectations. For now, make sure to check out the Sanity
site, or if you're looking for a valuable e-commerce engine,

Using Authorize.net AIM (Advanced Integration Method) with Impulse
04/03/2003 - If you are using Authorize.net as your
real-time credit card processor with Impulse, you need to be aware
of changes that Authorize.net has made to its interface. There are
two new methods of integration, AIM and SIM (Advanced and Simple
Integration Method, respectively), that have been recently implemented.
Up until this point, Impulse has used the WebLink integration method.
However, Authorize.net has said that WebLink will be disabled as
of April 3, 2003. If you are using Authorize.net and have not contacted
us to change your integration method to AIM, you may not be able
to process orders after April 3.
What we need from you to switch to AIM: In your web-based
Merchant Interface for Authorize.net, there will be a place in which
you can obtain something called a "Transaction Key". This
is a key that is unique to your account that allows Authorize.net
to know that a transaction is truly coming from you. After you have
obtained this Transaction Key, please e-mail it to Partially Sane
at realtimecc@partiallysane.com.
We will then switch your account to the Advanced Integration Method
and your ability to process real time credit card transactions through
Authorize.net will continue.
